When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by12.00 PM GMT Sunday-Friday will ship the same day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘same-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

LiquidRoofTape GRF1625 is a thick, high-build, rubber-like liquid made from 100% silicone and microfibres. It replaces traditional rubber and mesh seam tapes when used with GacoRoof 100% silicone roof coating.
It provides a seamless solution for joints, flashings, fasteners, small cracks, vents, drains, seams, uneven surfaces and transitions, and resists wear under light foot traffic.
⚠️ IMPORTANT COVERAGE NOTICE:
Coverage is calculated in linear metres of seam, not roof area. At about 3.2 mm thickness with a 102 mm wide path (overlapping all applied areas by at least 50 mm), 3.8 L covers approximately 11.7 linear metres, so an 18.9 L pail covers about 58 linear metres. Alternatively 3.8 L covers roughly 350 fasteners (50 mm patches at 3.2 mm).

- Penetrations & Details: Vents, drains, flashings, protrusions and depressions.
- Uneven Surfaces: Small cracks and uneven surfaces on flat or sloped roofs.
🛠️ SUBSTRATE & PRIMING SPECIFICATIONS:
- Primer: None normally required. Apply to a clean, dry and sound surface.
- Top Coats: Only silicone coatings should be applied over LiquidRoofTape. It is suitable as a stand-alone patch only when used with GacoRoof silicone roof coating.
- Recoating: Make sure earlier applications of LiquidRoofTape or GacoRoof are clean, dry and well cured before recoating.
Application Specifications:
- Application Methods: Apply by brush, roller, trowel or putty knife as received. Force the product into all penetrations and over all protrusions.
- Application Geometry: Overlap all applied areas by at least 50 mm in every direction at about 3.2 mm thickness.
- Mixing & Clean Up: Power mix quantities over 3.8 L, no paint shaker, no thinning. In cold weather store above 18°C. Clean tools with GacoFlex silicone solvent or mineral spirits, never water.
