When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by12.00 PM GMT Sunday-Friday will ship the same day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘same-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

GacoRoof GR16 Series is a single-component, elastomeric, air-dry silicone roof coating that can be applied year-round on properly prepared substrates.
It is designed as a protective coating to seal and repair existing roofs and protect against leaks and severe weather. GacoRoof withstands ponding water and UV exposure. White GR1600 meets Energy Star and Cool Roof Rating Council requirements, and the coating meets ASTM D6694.
⚠️ IMPORTANT COVERAGE NOTICE:
At 3.8 L per 9.3 m² you get about 11 mil dry film on smooth surfaces. That is roughly 9.3 m² per 3.8 L tin and 46 m² per 18.9 L pail per coat. A minimum 22 mil dry film is required, so smooth roofs need two coats (about 23 m² per pail), lightly textured roofs three, and heavily textured roofs four.

🛠️ SUBSTRATE & PRIMING SPECIFICATIONS:
- Asphaltic Roofs: On aged asphaltic roofs use white GR1600 only. Non-white colours can cause blistering and failure and are not warrantable. Do not wash asphaltic roofs.
- Metal & Single-Ply: An anti-corrosive metal primer may be used on ferrous metal roofs. On single-ply roofs, power scrub and power wash until clean. An adhesion test kit is recommended.
- Unsuitable Surfaces: Not for roofs of individual asphalt shingles. Recoat only with GacoRoof, never with acrylic, urethane or Hypalon coatings.
Application Specifications:
- Mixing & Thinning: Power mix before application and do not use a paint shaker. Do not thin the product.
- Application Rate: Build to a minimum 22 mil dry film. Alternate colours on successive coats to help ensure complete coverage.
- Dry Time: Allow the first coat to dry for 3-12 hours, then apply the second as soon as the first can be safely walked on.
