When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by12.00 PM GMT Sunday-Friday will ship the same day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘same-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

GacoFlex U92 Series is a VOC-compliant, single-component, moisture-cure aliphatic urethane top coat with excellent weatherability, adhesion and durability.
U92 is designed to add high reflectivity and excellent UV resistance over GacoFlex urethane coatings such as the U91 aromatic base coat. It can also protect aged galvanized metal that has been primed with GacoFlex E5320 epoxy primer.
⚠️ IMPORTANT COVERAGE NOTICE:
Theoretical coverage is 3.8 L per 9.3 m² at a 12 mil dry film, about 46 m² per 18.9 L pail. The maximum application rate is 0.61 L per m² (24 mil wet, 19 mil dry), which is about 31 m² per pail.

- UV Resistant & Reflective: White U9200 has a solar reflectance of 0.85 initial and 0.73 aged, with an SRI of 108 initial and 90 aged.
- Approved: UL790 Class A, FM Approval, Miami-Dade Product Control and CRRC 0608-0098 (white only).
- Low VOC: Under 50 g/L, with 77% solids by volume.
- Flexible & Durable: 627% initial elongation and a low-temperature flex pass at -26°C.
Ideal Applications & Substrates:
- Over U91 Urethane: Excellent adhesion to GacoFlex U91 series coatings.
- Urethane Roof Systems: Top coat over GacoFlex urethane coatings and primers on roofs.
- Aged Galvanized Metal: When primed with GacoFlex E5320 epoxy primer.
- Concrete: When primed with GacoFlex E5691 epoxy sealer.
🛠️ SUBSTRATE & PRIMING SPECIFICATIONS:
- Metal: Prime with E5320 Epoxy Primer before applying U92.
- Concrete: Prime with E5691 Epoxy Sealer before applying U92.
- Unsuitable Surfaces: Do not apply to silicone roof materials. The surface must be clean, dry and free from contaminants.
Application Specifications:
- Application Methods: Apply by brush or roller. Mix thoroughly with a mechanical mixer. Thinning is typically not needed.
- Application Rate: Maximum 0.61 L per m² for a 24 mil wet film (19 mil dry).
- Dry Time & Pot Life: About 24 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. Pot life is unlimited when protected from atmospheric moisture. Clean up with GacoFlex T5116 urethane thinner. Contains isocyanates, so see the Safety Data Sheet.
