GacoFlex H.E.R. is a flashing grade, single-component, moisture-cure polyurethane roof sealant. It forms a tough, seamless elastomeric membrane with excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates.

Use it to waterproof metal roof seams and fasteners, flash around roof penetrations where movement causes cracking, and seal metal gutters. It also seals polyurethane foam, wood and concrete.

Application Specifications:

• Application Methods: Brush or roller (a coarse, short-bristle brush for flashing), or extrude through airless equipment capable of 2 gal per minute at 3,000 psi. Mix with a mechanical mixer and do not thin.
• Application Rate: Brush 60 mils in a stripe 76-102 mm wide around each penetration. Two coats may be needed to reach 60 mils.
• Temperature Windows: Best results when the sealant is at least 15.6°C and the surface is 4.4°C or higher and rising. Initial cure is 12-24 hours at 24°C and 45% RH, then inspect all seams.
